Lullaby of Broadway: Into the Woods will be run at the West Retford Hotel in Retford in Nottinghamshire. The hotel is an elegant 18th century manor house set in three acres of lawns and gardens and provides the privacy required to encourage players to be able to dress in character without fear of embarrassment. The hotel possesses a separate dining room and bar area serving a wide range of dishes. Single and double rooms are available with full amenities.

The game will start around 8:00pm on Friday 30th January and continue until lunchtime on Sunday 1st February 2015

We have negotiated a room rate of £55.00 per person per night with a £20.00 per person per night supplement for single occupancy. This rate will applies from Thursday 29th until Sunday 1st if you wish to come up early or stay over until the Monday.

The available room types are:
Single (Single person occupancy in a room with two single beds)
Double (Two person occupancy in a room with a double bed)
Twin (Two person occupancy in a room with two single beds)
Single with Double Bed (Single person occupancy in a room with a double bed)
Family (A room with a double and a single bed)

As at previous games there will be scheduled breaks in the game on Saturday at lunchtime and evening so that everyone gets a chance to have meals. We will also be providing some light refreshments after the game wrap on the Sunday.


Please DO NOT book rooms direct with the hotel - this just causes confusion. We will make all the reservations on your behalf. If you wish to share a room with another player, you will be able to provide details on the form. If you want to share, but don't have a specific person to share with - we will help you sort that out as well.
