The King's Musketeers will be run at the The Howard Johnson, Newark, the house hotel of the Wilmark Dynasty which has been hosting their events for some years. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant (there is, however, a free continental breakfast) but there are reasonable eateries in walking distance.

The game will start around 8:00pm on Friday 25th October and continue until lunchtime on Sunday 27th October

We have negotiated room rates per night (excluding taxes) as follows:

• Room with one King-sized bed $65

• Room with two Queen-sized beds $65

• Single Suite $75

• Double Suite $75

These rates apply from Thursday 24th until Sunday 27th if you wish to come up early or stay over until the Monday.

If you're confirmed as attending the game, please book a room directly with the hotel, ensuring you mention you are part of the King's Musketeers group (this will ensure we're all in the same room block, and that we get the agreed deal on conference room space). If you can, we would advise that you join the MuskeetersUS mailing list (see the information page) to keep abreast of any information about the game.

There will be a scheduled break in the game on Saturday evening so that everyone gets at least one meal.
