Sharp & Sensibility will be run at the The Red Roof Inn & Suites (previously the Howard Johnson), Newark, the house hotel of the Wilmark Dynasty which has been hosting their events for some years. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant (there is, however, a free continental breakfast) but there are reasonable eateries in walking distance.

The game will start around 7:00pm on Friday 23rd October and continue until about 3:00pm on Sunday 25th October

We have negotiated room rates per night (excluding taxes) as follows:

• Room with one King-sized bed $65

• Room with two Queen-sized beds $65

• Single Suite $75 (note these are in a more distant wing of the building)

• Double Suite $75 (note these are in a more distant wing of the building)

These rates apply from Thursday 22nd until Sunday 25th if you wish to come up early or stay over until the Monday.

If you're confirmed as attending the game, please book a room directly with the hotel, ensuring you mention you are part of the 'Sharp' or 'Wilmark' Dynasty group, or ask for our marvellous host Roxanne (this will ensure we're all in the same room block, and that we get the agreed deal on conference room space). If you can, we would advise that you join the SharpLarp2015 mailing list (see the information page) to keep abreast of any information about the game.

Our rooms are blocked until Sept 15th. After this date you are not guaranteed space at the hotel (and there are other events in the area during the same weekend). There are other hotels in the vicinity, but it would be great if we could get everyone booked at the venue.

There will be a scheduled break in the game on Saturday evening so that everyone gets at least one meal.
