Game Costs If you are paying for Across the Universe before 30th September 2016 the game fee will be £105.00 If you are paying for Across the Universe after 30th September 2016 the game fee will be £115.00 If you have not previously attended a UK Freeforms weekend event, or if you played at Once Upon a Time in Tombstone a discount of £10.00 can be applied to these prices. If you attended Once Upon a Time in Tombstone and paid your deposit there, then please pay the balance of your game fee. The game fee does not include accommodation costs, but we have negotiated a discount rate with the hotel, please see the venue page for more details. Cancellations If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please notify UK Freeforms as soon as possible. Cancellations received before 31st December 2016 will be subject to a £10 administration charge; after this date you will forfeit the entire game fee. The hotel has its own cancellation policy in respect of room bookings. Any charges made under this policy are your responsibility.
If, for any reason, it is necessary for us to cancel Across the Universe, all monies paid to us will be refunded in full |
