Across the Universe will be run at the West Retford Hotel in Retford in Nottinghamshire. The hotel is an elegant 18th century manor house set in three acres of lawns and gardens and provides the privacy required to encourage players to be able to dress in character without fear of embarrassment. The hotel possesses a separate dining room and bar area serving a wide range of dishes. Single and double rooms are available with full amenities.

The game will start around 8:00pm on Friday 17th February and continue until lunchtime on Sunday 19th February 2017

We expect the room rate (including breakfast) to be approximately £55.00 per person per night with a £20.00 per person per night supplement for single occupancy. This rate applies from Thursday 16th until Sunday 19th if you wish to come up early or stay over until the Monday. Hotel prices will be confirmed shortly.
